MENTORING

Middle level managers or young executives on the “fast-track” need constant guidance and mentoring to avoid the pitfalls of working in large organizations. Their bosses lead busy professional lives and are unable to offer much needed mentoring. Well, we do it for them…
We deal with their disappointments, grumblings and even help heal their pain from dealing with difficult team members, clients or even bosses. For example, how to work with a boss who micromanages and offers undue criticism or practices favoritism or nepotism?
Many young executives lose their drive and initiative after learning quickly that they are not paid “to think” rather they get paid to obey orders. How do these talented people win back their initiative? How do they dialog with their bosses to satisfy their need for professionalism?
We polish their leadership skills by pin-pointing their weak areas, giving feedback, and providing space to practice useful dialoging.
