COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP
Collaborative Leadership: Inspiring Others is a way of organizing one self methodically for changing such social systems as organizations, groups, and families.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn to focus on amplifying what is working and less on “problems”
  • Move away from executing “solutions” arrived at by few people at the top
  • Make the most of your biggest asset – the people around you
  • Avoid using punishment, criticism, and moods to address failures
  • Help people move away from the 'deficit' mindset
  • Create your own innovations while learning that copying others' successful innovations never yields the same results
  • Create a work environment which promotes fulfillment and fun

Learn to pay attention to things you value, care about, be happy with and want more of. Amplify your strengths. Explore the deepest concerns of your life: your limitations, your relationship with your family, your employer, and your community. Address issues such as honor, respect, money, and health. Develop ways to keep track of what is important to you. Rediscover compassion in a way that makes positive thinking work for creating more useful options.
