Mind – Gym
How would you define the mind-gym?
The mind
gym is a wealth of practical techniques to help people to think more
effectively to get the most out of life. It’s an energizing way to get more
out of life and give more to others.
The Mind Gym takes a
very different approach to transforming people's behavior at work. This
approach delivers results like no other. And it costs a lot less in terms of
both time and money.
What’s the purpose of this workshop?
To help employees to find practical ways to use their minds more effectively so that they can get more out of life and give to others.
By the end of this course, participants will have:
